1. Overview

By ordering from Daug’s Desserts, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These apply to all baked goods, gift orders, deliveries, custom notes, and any services provided through our site and Google-powered tools.

2. Orders, Payment & Processing

  • Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
  • Orders are baked fresh in small batches.
  • Orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified once placed.

3. No Returns or Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, all sales are final.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Taste preferences
  • Incorrect addresses entered by customer
  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Heat, weather, or theft after delivery

We review quality issues case-by-case, but refunds should not be expected.

4. Complaints & Feedback

We appreciate customer feedback and use it to improve over time. However, feedback does not guarantee changes to recipes, packaging, or operations.

5. Allergen Notice & Liability Disclaimer

Our products may contain or come into contact with:

  • Wheat
  • Eggs
  • Dairy
  • Soy
  • Peanuts & Tree Nuts
  • Oats
  • Cocoa

We cannot guarantee any product is allergen-free.

By purchasing, you agree Daug’s Desserts is not responsible for allergic reactions, cross-contact, or health complications.

6. Shipping & Delivery

By ordering, you acknowledge:

  • Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
  • We are not liable for delays after a package is given to the carrier.
  • Incorrect customer addresses are not eligible for refunds.
  • Carrier mishandling, heat damage, and porch theft are outside our control.

7. Use of Google Services

Daug’s Desserts uses Google Forms, Google Sheets, Gmail, Analytics, and Drive. By submitting information, you consent to processing under Google’s encrypted systems.

8. Gift Notes

  • Messages print exactly as submitted
  • Cannot be edited after submission
  • Must be family-friendly and safe

9. Limitation of Liability

Daug’s Desserts is not liable for allergic reactions, shipping delays, theft, spoilage, or customer errors. If liability is legally required, it will not exceed the cost of the original order.

10. Updates to These Terms

Terms may be updated at any time. Updated policies take effect immediately when posted online.
