Return and Refund Policy

At Daug’s Desserts, we want every order to arrive fresh, delicious, and ready to enjoy. Because our products are food items, we are unable to accept returns on opened, consumed, or perishable products.

Refund Window

Customers may request a refund within 7 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a refund, the issue must be reported within 7 days and must relate to one of the following:

  • The wrong item was received

  • The order arrived damaged

  • The order was missing items

  • There was a quality issue with the product

  • The order was not fulfilled as expected

Return Policy

Due to food safety standards, we do not accept physical returns of cookies or dessert products once they have been shipped, delivered, opened, or handled.

In some cases, we may request photos of the product, packaging, or shipping label to help us review the issue.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed for issues reported after the 7-day window.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Orders reported more than 7 days after delivery

  • Products that have been fully consumed

  • Incorrect shipping information entered by the customer

  • Delivery delays outside of our control

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Custom or gift orders that were fulfilled correctly

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if available.
